Thank you for being a valued member of the PCS, LLC family. The following represents the terms and conditions that govern our business relationship with our clients. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Termination of Services and Requests for Refunds
We reserve the right to withdraw from the engagement without completing services for any reason, including, but not limited to, your failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement or as we determine professional standards require.
Should you choose to terminate our business relationship, you agree that you will do so in writing, email communications are acceptable. Text messaging or voicemails are not sufficient and will not be accepted as a request for cancellation of services.
If this Agreement is terminated before services are completed, you agree to compensate us for the services performed and expenses incurred through the effective date of termination. Requests for refunds will be handled in accordance with the PCS, LLC “Payment Policy” and “Terms and Conditions”.
